Where are all your shirts made?

We source our shirts from different parts of the world and ensured that they are made ethically. We then print them here in the United States. If you want to learn more about our products please check out HERE.

When will my order arrive?

  • YAZAHI backpack will be shipped the next business day via USPS Priority 2 days shipping. 

  • Other apparel items are print-to-order, this practice enables us to reduce waste and only create items that are needed. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. All orders are ship from Los Angeles, California or Charlotte, North Carolina.

Do you do International shipping?

Yes, we do. However, orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Yazahi has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

How will I know my order have been shipped?

As soon as we've shipped your order, you'll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the shipping method you've chosen. 

How can I track my order?

We'll email tracking details of your order to you along with your shipment confirmation. 

What is your return/ exchange policy?

Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept return or exchange. However, if the product is misprinted/ damaged/ defective, you can contact customer service within 30 days after the product has been received, we will work with you to resolve any problem.

Do I have to be vegan to wear your shirts?

No, definitely not. The path to veganism is a long journey and we courage each person to make the change on their own terms. Through our designs, we hope to encourage and spark positive changes in others that would like to live a more cruelty-free lifestyle. We believe the messages on our apparels would resonate with the global community and bring out the good in the hearts of many.
